School teaches children what to think. Almost nothing teaches them how.
How to think. How to speak. How to lead. How to know yourself under pressure. That curriculum doesn't exist in most schools. Ashwa exists because that gap is getting wider. In the age of AI, it's become the gap that matters most.
2015
The first question.
Sidhaanth Dharmadheeran was 19. He noticed something no one was talking about: the kids who did best in life weren't the ones who scored highest. They were the ones who could think on their feet, hold a room, and handle pressure. He started asking, what if we taught that?
2016
The first experiments.
Small workshops in Chennai. No brand, no curriculum, no business model. Just a room, a whiteboard, and a group of teenagers who wanted to learn how to speak and think. The results were immediate and unmistakable.
2017–2019
Building the method.
What started as debate coaching became something bigger. Sidhaanth developed a game-based methodology, part competition, part mentorship, part self-discovery. Students weren't just learning skills. They were becoming different people.
2020
The pandemic pause.
Everything stopped. Schools closed. Programs froze. But the students who had been through the method kept reaching out. They didn't want content, they wanted the experience. The game. The challenge. The growth.
2021
Going online.
The method moved to live online cohorts. Surprisingly, it worked. Not because online is better, but because the methodology was never about a classroom. It was about challenge, pressure, and human connection. Those travel.
2022–2023
Dissolution and rebirth.
The original organisation dissolved. Sidhaanth walked away from partners, branding, and infrastructure. But he didn't walk away from the work. He took a year to rebuild, from first principles.
2024
Ashwa is born.
Ashwa Education launched with a single premise: the world has changed, and the skills that matter now are the ones school doesn't teach. The World of Wizland became the vehicle, a structured, game-powered ecosystem for building human capability in young people.
2025
Where we are now.
The WoW ecosystem is live. The Learner runs every few weeks. Bootcamps are enrolling. Studio has its first 36 students. The WoW App is in the hands of hundreds of families. And Delta Human, the adult learning system, is on the way.
Watch: The Story of Ashwa
Ashwa today.
Ashwa Education is a Chennai-based learning company that builds human skills for the AI age. Everything we do, the bootcamps, the app, the mentorship, the school partnerships, serves one belief: the most future-proof thing you can give a child is not a syllabus. It's the ability to think, speak, and lead when no syllabus applies.
